Standard Rates

 

Rentals start at $400 for two hours. Our “SILVER” package includes 3 hours for $500. Additional hours can be added at a rate of $150 per hour. Rentals of less than two hours still incur the base rate of $400.

 

“Wait time” (set up, but waiting on audience to use Photo Booth) will be billed at $50 per hour. Please see our FAQ page for more information.

 

Standard travel rates are $1 per mile for OVER 50 MILES travel to/from the city limits of THE PHILADELPHIA AREA . Please contact us to discuss.

Guest Book

The guest book is the perfect addition to your photo booth event experience. Guests bring their print to the book attendant and the print is mounted in the guest book. Guests then have the opportunity to write a personalized message next to their photos.

Choice of cover colors. 40 - 60 sides. Pens, book attendant, and mounting materials included.

Custom memory album

For the ultimate keepsake from your photo booth event, memory albums are custom designed, custom printed albums containing only the best photos from your event. Minimum of 20 sides.

Online photo gallery

Online gallery of photos from your event. High-resolution prints available for purchase online.

Photos in the gallery are low resolution and not suitable for printing.

Custom Branding

All prints include The Photo Booth by Platinum Photo Video logo and website branding. We offer the option of removing the Platinum Photo Video logo and replacing it with your own logo, text or graphic to highlight your special event.

We’re always happy to work with schools and non-profit organizations! If you are a school group or non-profit, please contact us to discuss available discount options.

 

 

Gallery Information & Policies

 

If this add-on option is selected, event photo galleries will be posted within 1 week of the conclusion of the event. Galleries will be hosted here for a minimum of 30 days, but will usually be available up to six months. If you need access to photos from a gallery no longer available, please contact us and we’ll repost the gallery (if available) for an additional fee of $75.

 

Event galleries will include pictures in the double 2”x6” photo booth strip format or the 4-photo 4”x6” print format, just like the photo printed by the photo booth. As an added value to our guests, event galleries will also include the individual photos that comprise each photo booth print. Photos taken will be displayed in the event gallery. If the pictures are blurry when you take ‘em, they’ll be blurry here. We do NOT post-process any photos. Like an old school photo booth, what you take is what you get.

 

Please note that because we’re a family-friendly company and consider this a family-friendly website, certain photos that may be considered offensive may not be posted online. Your event host may receive a disc of every photo taken and you may contact them for access to photos not posted online.

 

Event galleries do not include free digital downloads. High resolution photos may be purchased online for a nominal cost. Additionally, event hosts may receive a DVD of all the high resolution photos for an additional fee. Event hosts are free to share these photos however they like.

 

While we take great care to keep the photo booth equipment in excellent working order, failure to the booth could happen. Therefore, we have a backup plan. In the event of an unexpected equipment failure at the event, a Platinum Photo Video crew member will shoot the photos in or outside the booth manually and provide the contracted prints as quickly as possible after the event. This manual service will serve in lieu of the standard photo booth operation thus no refunds will be provided.
